CNC router cutting
The advantage of a CNC router, as opposed to a hand-guided machine, is that it guarantees a consistent, accurate result when it comes to the production of a series of complex components.
At ar18, we are able to cut metals including acrylic, plastic, MDF and plywood.
Tube laser cutting
If you have a box section or a tube that needs cutting, we have the tool for the job. This is an application we use for internal construction work such as shop units, frameworks and wall bays.
As well as the accuracy you get with a laser, the edge finish is superior and the job can be completed speedily.
Sheet laser cutting
With this technique and our expertise, we are able to produce complex, intricate patterns and cut metal to an extraordinary degree of accuracy.
